For over 30 years Melanie has been walking a path of remembering and discovery. Investing both personally and professionally into a wide array of modalities within the Wholistic Health field, Melanie has operated both as an entrepreneur and hired employee within various agencies.

What began with a curiosity and studying of Nutritional Studies, Energetic Medicine, Therapeutic Touch, Reiki, Herbology and Iridology evolved into further education and career experience in Counselling, Social Service Work, Coaching and Leadership.

Within this window of time was a profound occurrence of a near death experience which had Melanie experience and understand life and death from a holy new perspective. A devotional agreement was made to fulfill in this lifetime what she had truly come to be and do. Little did she know how much more was yet to unfold.

As she deepened into her own healing, facing some of her own life challenges, it was revealed that communing and communicating with the soul was/is part of her grand purpose. Through personal healing and the separate deaths of 2 friends Melanie came to recognize the ability to speak to those who have crossed over. It wasn’t an easy recognition to come to terms with. The sudden passing of her own father solidified her recognition of both the power of spirit and the potency of healing within intimate, connected and loved filled soul to soul conversations.

Studying with mentors from Ontario, Florida, Chicago, California and Edmonton supported the continued growth and understanding of the skills that support these sacred and soulful conversations. It was in Chicago that Melanie was coined as a Soul Medium. The decision to dive more deeply into soul communication was made through the studying of Akashic Record readings.

Melanie is no stranger to the adversity, challenges and joys of life and brings forth a diverse and expansive well of skills, experiences and personal traits to draw from. With intuitive and empathic abilities that have been deeply present since childhood, the path of healing and connection are organically part of who she is. She continues to consider herself her most grand project with the embracing of deep dives into her own personal healing.

And above else, within all that is, Melanie, in all her human fallibility, is reminded of the perfections of the soul’s journey. Being an authentic and embodied human is no easy feat and within its greatest potential, an opportunity to virtuously honour and live out our own authentic soul signature. It is through conversations with soul that Melanie aspires to be of service to this world. One soul, one heart, one human at a time.
